Wearing Different Hats in Life – and Transitioning Between Them

Often in my life I find I am wearing so many different hats (mum, wife, employee, carer) that I can get easily overwhelmed. With my priorities split between them, wearing these different hats can be exhausting.

Do you ever feel like you’re juggling all the different roles you play? Maybe it’s a struggle to transition between each of the hats you wear.

Sometimes it can be useful to take a step back and think about how you can manage them all.
